WE ARE HIRING: INVENTORY SUPERVISOR

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement & Supplies, Logistics, Inventory Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in inventory control, stock auditing, warehouse, or supply chain operations
• Proven experience in stock reconciliation, physical stock-taking, branch/shop audits, discrepancy investigation, and multi-branch stock supervision
• Experience using ERP/inventory management systems is required
• Strong skills in stock control, loss prevention, reporting, and internal controls
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, accountability, and analytical skills
• Experience supervising Store Keepers or Inventory Clerks is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct branch/shop stock audits and physical spot counts
• Supervise stock movement, transfers, dispatches, and replenishment across branches
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies between physical stock and ERP records
• Lead monthly stock-taking and reconciliation across branches
• Monitor stock accuracy and support loss prevention
