Job Description
Let’s grow together, become our IT Product Specialist.
Core Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, designing, and implementation of IT solutions and other Telecom platforms meeting standards and protocols for data exchange, communication, software, and interconnection for information systems.
- Responsible for proactive management of the platform, taking complete ownership of its lifecycle and ensuring robust solution designs.
- Responsible for the entire life cycle of multiple product solutions, guaranteeing accuracy, quality, and timeline accomplishment.
- Required to work closely with internal stakeholders in creating winning business proposals and successfully deliver products within the approved budget.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years work experience, preferably in the Telecom industry.
- University degree in Systems Engineering, IS Engineer, Information System Engineer, IT Engineer, Network System Engineer, or related areas.
- Proven experience in Software development using software factory methodology and SOA (Service Oriented Architecture).
Competencies
- Strong knowledge and solid experience in Business Processes for Telco’s (eTOM Model preferably).
- Excellent self-organization and self-direction in performance of tasks, including time management skills.
- Expert level in UML and strong technical understanding of SOA (Service Oriented Architecture).
- Conversant in Project/Product Management.
