Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, ICT, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of software systems, IT support, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in software implementation, configuration, and user support is an added advantage.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of computer networks, hardware, and system maintenance.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to train and support users on new software.
- Relevant work experience is highly preferred.
- Must be responsible, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
