VIVA Digital Center is a dynamic learning and innovation hub committed to empowering youth with practical digital, business, and ICT skills for employability, entrepreneurship, and innovation. The Center is inviting applications from motivated, energetic, and recently graduated individuals to join our growing team.

We are seeking passionate individuals to fill the following positions:

1. Operations Officer (Admin Function)

• Field: Business Administration / Marketing

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Administration, or a related field

• Graduated within the last 1–3 years

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Basic ICT proficiency (MS Office, email, digital filing systems)

• Interest in youth development, training, and community engagement

• Applicants residing in Dar es Salaam will be highly preferred

Key Competencies Required

• Office administration and coordination

• Customer service and student engagement

• Basic financial and records management

• Marketing and social media awareness

• Ability to work in a fast-paced learning environment

2. ICT Trainer / Digital Skills Facilitator

• Field: Information & Communication Technology (ICT)

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma in ICT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• Graduated within the last 1–3 years

• Strong practical ICT skills and willingness to teach

• Passion for training, innovation, and youth empowerment

Most Wanted ICT Skills for This Role

Applicants should demonstrate competence in at least 3–5 areas below:

• Digital Literacy & Office Productivity (MS Office, Google Workspace, AI tools)

• Graphic Design & Digital Branding (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)

• Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, basic frameworks)

• Programming Basics (Python or similar languages)

• Social Media Management & Content Creation

• Cybersecurity Awareness & Online Safety

• Data Analysis & Visualization (Excel, Power BI basics)

• Video Editing & Multimedia Production (CapCut, Premiere Pro)

• UI/UX Design (Figma, prototyping tools)

• Basic Networking & IT Support

Additional Advantage Skills

• AI tools for productivity and automation

• Content creation for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)

• Ability to design posters, flyers, and promotional materials

• Strong presentation and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver practical, hands-on ICT training (80% practical approach)

• Develop lesson plans, exercises, and student projects

• Assess student progress and prepare reports

• Support ICT lab management and equipment usage

• Promote innovation, coding challenges, and digital creativity

• Manage digital content, branding, and social media updates for the Center
