1. HR Manager

Job Description

Responsible for managing human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, staff development, employee records, and compliance with Tanzanian labour laws and company policies.

Experience: At least one year of working experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Relevant HR management experience.
• Good knowledge of Tanzanian employment and labour regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Swahili.
• Good computer skills.
• Chinese language skills are preferred.

2. Finance Manager

Job Description

Responsible for overseeing the company’s financial and accounting operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, cash-flow management, financial controls, taxation, and financial planning.

Experience: At least one year of working experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably at management level.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial controls.
• Good understanding of Tanzanian tax and statutory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Swahili.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CIMA will be an added advantage.
• Chinese language skills are preferred.

3. Bus Electricians

Job Description

Responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and servicing electrical and electronic systems in YUTONG buses, including wiring, batteries, lighting, control systems, and other electrical components.

Qualifications

• Certificate, O Level, A Level, Diploma, or relevant technical qualification in Automotive Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Practical experience in vehicle electrical systems, preferably buses or commercial vehicles.
• Ability to diagnose electrical faults using appropriate tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Knowledge of vehicle wiring, batteries, charging systems, and electronic control systems.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Swahili.
• Experience with electric buses or electric vehicles will be an added advantage.
• At least three years of experience.
• Chinese language skills are preferred.

4. Senior Bus Mechanics

Job Description

Responsible for the inspection, diagnosis, servicing, maintenance, and repair of YUTONG buses, ensuring vehicles are safe, reliable, and maintained to the required technical standards.

Qualifications

• O Level, A Level, Certificate, Diploma, or relevant technical qualification in Automotive Engineering, Motor Vehicle Mechanics, or a related field.
• Significant practical experience in bus or commercial vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanical systems, including engines, transmission, braking, suspension, and steering systems.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical faults and carry out repairs efficiently.
• Good knowledge of preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Swahili.
• Experience working with YUTONG buses or other commercial/electric vehicles will be an added advantage.
• At least three years of experience.
• Chinese language skills are preferred.
