Job Description
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple engineering and technical functions within the company, including mechanical and electrical engineering, operations, quality assurance, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out production, processing, warehousing, dispatch, field work, engineering, equipment maintenance, or logistics tasks as assigned.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify faults or abnormalities for corrective action.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as calibration, troubleshooting, and basic repairs under supervision.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols at all times.
- Participate in technical inspections and follow up on assigned action points.
- Support construction, installation, and commissioning of new equipment and infrastructure.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, equipment modifications, and operational challenges.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, QA/QC, or any STEM-related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and adapt to various technical and operational roles.
- High attention to detail with a proactive approach to challenges.
