Position: LBF Field Sales Team Leader

Department: Sales (LBF)
Number of Positions: 11

Duty Stations:

• Dar es Salaam (6 Positions)
• Songea
• Zanzibar
• Arusha
• Singida
• Njombe

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and coach the Sales Team.
• Ensure the team achieves assigned sales targets.
• Monitor portfolio performance and ensure it remains within company standards.
• Prepare and submit timely reports.
• Coach, lead, and manage the sales team effectively.
• Maintain good customer care standards.
• Apply analytical skills in sales performance monitoring and reporting.
• Identify problems and provide effective solutions.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma in Business Administration or any business-related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Ability to coach, lead, and manage a team.
• Good customer care skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
• Good problem analysis and problem-solving abilities.
