Job Summary
The Lead Generator will provide specialist advisory and operational support in line with predefined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The role focuses on customer engagement, product introduction, documentation handling, and supporting the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Introduce Absa Bank products and services to potential customers
- Ensure customers provide all required documentation according to product specifications
- Verify, certify, and complete all necessary customer documentation
- Forward completed applications to the Sales Manager for review and approval
- Safeguard customer documents and maintain strict confidentiality of customer information
- Inform customers on the status and outcome of their applications
- Collect market and competitor intelligence from the field and report findings to leadership to improve products and services
- Ensure awareness of customer feedback and complaint channels available at the Bank
Qualifications & Education
- Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in:
- Business Studies
- Commerce
- Management Studies
