About SFUCHAS

St. Francis University College of Health and Allied Sciences (SFUCHAS) is a constituent college of St. Augustine University of Tanzania (SAUT), located in Ifakara town, Kilombero District, Morogoro Region.

The College currently offers a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree, a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences, and a Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences.

SFUCHAS invites applications from qualified and motivated candidates for the following academic positions.

1. Lecturer – 3 Posts

Available Positions

1. Lecturer in Physiology – 1 Post
2. Lecturer in Paediatrics and Child Health – 1 Post
3. Lecturer in Obstetrics and Gynaecology – 1 Post

Qualifications

Applicants must:

• Hold a PhD or MMed in the respective field of study.
• Have a minimum GPA of 4.0 at Master’s degree level.
• Have an undergraduate degree with an overall GPA of 3.5 or higher from a recognized institution.
• Be registered by the relevant professional council or board.

2. Assistant Lecturer – 3 Posts

Available Positions

1. Assistant Lecturer in Physiology – 1 Post
2. Assistant Lecturer in Pharmacology – 1 Post

Qualifications

Applicants must:

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Have a minimum GPA of 3.5 out of 5.
• Be registered by the relevant professional council or board.
