Job Purpose

Bayport Financial Services Tanzania is seeking energetic, ambitious, and customer-focused Loan & Insurance Agents to join its growing team. The role focuses on promoting financial solutions, supporting customers with loan and insurance products, and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell loan and insurance products to potential and existing customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Generate leads and expand the customer base.
Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
Conduct client visits and provide customer support.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow company procedures.
Provide professional advice while ensuring high standards of customer service.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
Previous experience in sales, loans, insurance, or financial services is an added advantage.
Honest, professional, and committed to high integrity standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven with a strong passion for achieving results.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel and meet clients.
