Fuel Management & Reconciliation: Track and analyze fuel usage patterns across vehicles/motorbikes, prepare timely reconciliation reports, investigate consumption variances, and resolve field-level discrepancies.

  • Distribution & Field Support: Plan and execute the transport of supplies to project sites; conduct field verification visits (~50% travel) to audit stock, assets, and operational needs.

  • Logistics Data & Analysis: Centralize and analyze fleet, fuel, warehouse, and inventory data using MS Excel/logistics systems to highlight operational trends and prepare periodic management reports.

  • Compliance & Audit Readiness: Maintain up-to-date logistics documentation (fuel records, repair invoices, waybills) to support internal/external audits and ensure zero tolerance for policy breaches.
