About This Role
Lake Cement Ltd. seeks a detail-oriented Logistics Operation Officer to coordinate logistics, manage data-driven decisions, and enhance distribution and supply chain efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor and coordinate logistics operations using GPRS tracking systems and fleet management tools.

Maintain and analyze operational data using Excel and advanced data analysis techniques.

Coordinate with sales, logistics, and dispatch teams to optimize delivery schedules and inventory management.

Generate daily and weekly logistics reports and performance metrics.

Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.

Ensure compliance with delivery timelines and customer satisfaction standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations.
Key Skills and Expertise

GPRS & Tracking: Knowledge of GPRS, GPS fleet tracking, and real-time monitoring.
