Vacant Positions: MAINTENANCE MANAGER
The Maintenance Manager will oversee maintenance operations, infrastructure management, and technical support services within the school campus.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Supervise maintenance and repair works across the campus.

Coordinate electrical, plumbing, construction, and facility maintenance activities.

Ensure school buildings and equipment are properly maintained.

Monitor contractors and site management activities.

Prepare maintenance schedules and reports.

Ensure safety standards are followed during maintenance works.

Manage maintenance materials and tools.
Minimum Qualifications
Diploma in Property Management or related VETA technical course. Two to three years diploma training. Must have knowledge and practical skills in Electricity, Plumbing, Construction and Site Management. Good supervisory and problem-solving skills.
