1. Job Vacancy: FG Wilson Mechanics (3 Positions)

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs of diesel generator sets.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and engine-related faults.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on generator sets.
• Conduct generator installations, commissioning, testing, and inspections.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Provide professional technical support to customers.
• Assist the service team during on-site maintenance and repair assignments.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A diploma or certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Diesel Mechanics, or a related technical field.
• Practical experience with diesel engines and generator sets, including servicing and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of diesel engine systems, fuel systems, cooling systems, lubrication systems, and basic electrical controls.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and safety.
• Must be energetic, motivated, and willing to travel for field service assignments and customer support.

2. Job Vacancy: Sales Engineer – Water Solutions (1 Position)

Department: Water Solutions
Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Job Type: Full-Time
Number of Positions: 1
Contract Duration: One year, renewable based on performance

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development for water solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain customer and project relationships.
• Recommend suitable pumps, pumping systems, dewatering, irrigation, and water treatment solutions.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Manage the sales pipeline and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Conduct customer visits and project-site assessments across Tanzania.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Water Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in technical sales, engineering sales, business development, or water solutions.
• Experience with water pumps, pumping systems, dewatering, irrigation, or water treatment will be an added advantage.
• A proven track record in sales and business development.
• A valid driving licence.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Tanzania.

3. Job Vacancy: Water Technicians (3 Positions)

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain, and repair water pumps and related systems.
• Conduct troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of water equipment.
• Perform site inspections and provide technical recommendations.
• Support the installation of borehole, booster, irrigation, and water treatment systems.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate technical records.
• Provide professional technical support to customers and the sales team.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Water Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Practical experience with water pumps and pumping systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of borehole, booster, irrigation, and water supply systems.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Must be motivated and willing to travel to customer sites and project locations.
