Available Positions (7 Vacancies)

All positions are contract-based and located in Mbigiri, Morogoro.

1. Accounts Officer

Department: Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records in the general ledger
Assist in preparation of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow)

2. ICT Officer – System Administration

Department: Information Technology

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and administer ICT systems, servers, and infrastructure
Ensure system performance, reliability, and availability
Analyse technical and business requirements

3. Marketing Officer

Department: Commercial & Business Strategy

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies
Manage campaigns, promotions, and product launches
Ensure brand consistency across communication channels

4. Public Relations Officer

Department: Corporate Communications

Key Responsibilities:

Support execution of public relations strategies
Analyse public perception and media coverage
Maintain relationships with media and stakeholders

5. Senior Internal Auditor

Department: Internal Audit

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct internal audits on governance, risk management, and controls
Perform risk assessments and support audit planning

6. Senior Logistics Officer

Department: Logistics & Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee transport planning and fleet management
Coordinate distribution of sugar and related products
Ensure timely delivery and operational efficiency

7. Senior Workshop Engineer

Department: Mechanization & Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise maintenance and repair of agricultural machinery
Manage workshop operations and preventive maintenance systems
