1. Logistics Officer (1 Position)
Duty Station: Dar es Salaam
Job Summary
Supports efficient logistics operations including warehouse, inventory, and asset management in compliance with MSI policies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Warehouse Operations
- Manage receiving, storage, and issuing of goods
- Maintain proper storage conditions
- Conduct stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Report damaged, obsolete, or near-expiry stock
- Maintain warehouse registration compliance
2. Receiving & Issuing
- Verify deliveries against purchase orders
- Maintain inventory records and documentation
- Upload invoices into procurement system (TRADOGRAM)
- Support distribution of supplies and medicines
- Maintain audit trails and documentation
3. Health & Security
- Ensure warehouse safety and compliance
- Report risks and incidents
- Maintain equipment
4. Asset Management
- Register, tag, and track assets
- Update Asset Management System
- Conduct physical verification
- Monitor asset movement
5. Disposal of Assets
- Identify obsolete or damaged assets
- Support disposal processes (auction, destruction, etc.)
- Update records after disposal
Minimum Requirements
Essential:
- 3+ years experience in logistics/warehouse
- Degree in Procurement, Logistics, or Supply Chain
- Experience with asset systems
- Computer skills (Excel, Word, stock systems)
Desirable:
- Knowledge of donor regulations (FCDO, USAID)
- Pharmacy/logistics knowledge
- Transport/security training
- PSPTB registration or CPSP certification
2. Human Resources and Rewards Coordinator (1 Position)
Duty Station: Dar es Salaam
Job Summary
Manages compensation, benefits, performance systems, recruitment support, and HR data systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Management
- Support performance reviews (goal setting, appraisals)
- Monitor compliance and timelines
- Link performance to rewards
- Generate reports and analytics
2. Compensation & Benefits
- Manage salary structures and benefits
- Conduct salary surveys
- Administer medical, pension, leave benefits
- Maintain HR records and confidentiality
3. Recruitment
- Support hiring process and job postings
- Arrange interviews
- Prepare contracts and onboarding
- Conduct due diligence
4. HR Information & Records
- Maintain HR system (ARUTI)
- Update staff records and reports
- Track leave and staff movements
- Maintain staff files and compliance
Minimum Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s in HR or Business Administration
Experience:
- 4+ years in senior HR role
Skills:
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- IT proficiency (Microsoft tools)
- Organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Coaching and mentoring ability
