Position Overview
The Online Engagement Officer will be responsible for managing TFF’s digital presence, engaging football fans across online platforms, and supporting audience growth through innovative digital communication strategies.
The role requires a passionate and creative professional with strong social media management skills and a keen interest in football and sports communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor TFF’s social media platforms and online communities.
- Develop and implement social media strategies across various digital platforms.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing audience engagement initiatives across digital and traditional platforms.
- Analyze engagement metrics and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate online campaigns, promotions, and fan interaction activities.
- Work closely with the media team to ensure content remains engaging, relevant, and consistent.
Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- Diploma or Degree in:
- Communications
- Marketing
- Journalism
- Public Relations
- Or a related field
- Proven experience in social media management or digital engagement.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Passion for football and knowledge of sports trends.
