Position: Operations Associate

About the Role

Inua Hub Tanzania is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Associate to support the execution of its programs, events, partnerships, and daily activities. This role is central to ensuring that ideas are effectively implemented and operations run smoothly across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate planning and execution of events, workshops, bootcamps, and community activities.
  • Manage logistics, schedules, meetings, and operational calendars.
  • Support cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and project progress, ensuring follow-ups on key deliverables.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational reports for leadership.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
  • Develop and document internal workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Support strategic initiatives and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Notion, Trello, or similar platforms.
