Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Pharmacist to ensure the safe and effective dispensing of medications, provide professional pharmaceutical guidance, and support overall pharmacy operations. This role is ideal for someone who is committed to high standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence within a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

Accurately dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications.

Provide professional advice on medication usage, dosage, interactions, and side effects.

Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations, policies, and ethical standards.

Maintain proper storage and handling of pharmaceutical products.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate procurement to avoid shortages or expiries.

Keep accurate and up-to-date records of prescriptions and transactions.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support optimal patient outcomes.

Ensure a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy environment.
What We’re Looking For
-
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy.

Registered with the Pharmacy Council of Tanzania with a valid practicing license.

Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience (hospital or retail pharmacy preferred).

Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products, including OTC and prescription medicines.

Basic computer literacy and ability to manage records and systems.
