About Flightlink
Flightlink is expanding its fleet and operational capabilities across Tanzania. We are seeking qualified, experienced, and highly motivated flight crew members to join our team for both our Caravan C208 feeder network and ATR regional operations.
1. Caravan – C208 Pilots (4 Positions)
Position: Caravan – C208 Pilot
Vacancies: 4 Open Positions
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for the C208 position, candidates MUST meet the following minimum qualifications:

Total Flight Time: Minimum 3,000 hours

Pilot in Command (PIC): Minimum 1,000 hours
-
Type Rating: Valid Cessna C208 Type Rating
-
Instrument Rating: Current Instrument Rating
-
Medical: Current Class 1 Medical Certificate
2. ATR 72-500/600 Pilots (First Officers & Captains)
Position: ATR 72-500/600 Pilot
General Requirement: Must hold a current ATR 72-500/600 type rating.
A. First Officer – Minimum Requirements
-
Total Flight Time: 1,000 hours total flight time
-
On-Type Experience: Minimum 100 hours on type (ATR)
-
Licensing: Valid CPL / Frozen ATPL
-
Medical: Class 1 Medical Certificate
B. Captain – Minimum Requirements
-
Total Flight Time: 5,000 hours total flight time
-
PIC Experience: 1,000 hours PIC as Captain
-
Licensing & Medical: Valid ATPL with Class 1 Medical Certificate
