Position Overview

CCBRT is seeking an experienced Radiologist to strengthen its Imaging Services Department in support of expanding healthcare services.

The role involves delivering accurate diagnostic imaging services that support clinical decision-making and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

The Radiologist will:

Interpret and report on medical imaging studies accurately and promptly
Provide diagnostic support to clinicians
Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams
Ensure patient safety and adherence to radiation protection standards
Maintain high-quality imaging service delivery
Contribute to continuous improvement of imaging services
Train and support junior staff members

Required Qualifications

Doctor of Medicine (MD)
Master’s Degree in Radiology or equivalent from a recognized institution

Experience & Professional Requirements

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a radiology department
Fully registered and licensed with relevant regulatory authority
Valid practicing license

Imaging Competencies

Proficiency in interpreting and performing:

X-ray
CT Scan
MRI
Ultrasound
Echocardiography
Mammography

Skills & Competencies

Strong diagnostic and analytical skills
High attention to detail
Excellent communication skills in Kiswahili and English
Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
Patient-centered and ethical approach
Ability to work under pressure
