Job Purpose

The Relationship Banker Private Banking will proactively promote relationship-based banking services and related initiatives aimed at creating value for both clients and the bank. The role focuses on optimising customer experience, building strong client relationships and increasing the bank’s profitability.

Qualifications and Education

Minimum Qualification: First Degree.

Field of Study:

• Business Commerce.
• Finance and Accounting.
• A related field.

Required Experience

Area of Experience: Personal and Private Banking.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of branch banking experience, with exposure to the following areas:

• Universal banking.
• BDC (Bureau de Change) and foreign exchange (Forex).
• Credit services.
• General customer service and client relationship management.
