Job Overview

I&M Bank is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Relationship Manager to join its team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing corporate client relationships, acquiring new business opportunities, achieving lending and revenue targets, and ensuring compliance with credit, risk, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

Manage and develop strong relationships with corporate clients.
Acquire new clients and expand corporate banking opportunities.
Conduct client visits and collateral inspections.
Provide professional banking solutions tailored to client needs.

Business Growth and Revenue Generation

Grow lending and deposit portfolios.
Cross-sell banking products and services.
Achieve key business targets, including:
- Loan growth.
- Deposit growth.
- Net Interest Income (NII).
- Fee income generation.

Credit and Risk Management

Monitor portfolio performance and maintain strong credit quality.
Support credit application preparation and documentation processes.
Ensure compliance with:
- Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.
- Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
- Banking regulations.
- Risk management standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should have:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business field.
MBA in Finance or Marketing.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar Relationship Manager role.
Ability to speak Mandarin.
Strong skills in:
- Financial analysis.
- Client relationship management.
- Business development.
- Communication.
