About the Role

VisionFund Tanzania Microfinance Bank Limited invites qualified freelance software developers to work alongside its internal team to design, develop, integrate, test, and deploy secure, reliable digital solutions.

Priority Digital Solutions

Digital Field Application (DFA): Customer onboarding, loan applications, field visits, and GPS capture.
Institutional & Corporate Internet Banking: Secure online banking, payments, and multi-level approvals.
Call Center Ticketing System: Customer complaints, enquiries, service requests, and SLA tracking.
ERP & Enterprise Workflow Integration: System integration, automated workflows, approvals, and escalations.
Loan Recovery System: Arrears monitoring, recovery cases, follow-ups, and performance reporting.

Who Should Apply?

Relevant software development experience or training.
Portfolio of completed projects.
Skills in programming, databases, APIs, and testing.
Knowledge of secure development and teamwork.
Fintech, banking, or enterprise systems experience is an advantage.
