Van Mo Safaris is seeking a qualified and experienced Safety Officer to support workplace safety, risk management and emergency preparedness across its operations.
Position: Safety Officer
Requirements
Applicants should have:
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, Risk Management or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in tourism, hospitality, transport or a related industry.
- Knowledge of:
- Workplace safety regulations
- Risk assessment
- Emergency response
- Incident reporting
- A valid OSHA certificate.
- First Aid/CPR certification is an added advantage.
