Job Overview
IECDS is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager / Acting General Manager to lead marketing, student recruitment, business development, branding, partnerships, and institutional growth.
The successful candidate will also serve as Acting General Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations and supporting the achievement of enrolment, revenue, and growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales, marketing, and student recruitment strategies.
- Promote IECDS academic, professional training, consultancy, and research services.
- Manage digital marketing, branding, exhibitions, outreach, and promotional activities.
- Build partnerships with schools, companies, government institutions, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
- Identify new business and revenue-generating opportunities.
- Monitor enrolment, sales, marketing, and institutional growth targets.
- Supervise relevant staff and coordinate daily operations.
- Prepare management and performance reports.
Qualifications & Experience
Applicants must have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Education Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
Mandatory Experience
Candidates must have proven experience in marketing an educational institution, particularly:
- Student recruitment.
