SALES & MARKETING OFFICER — JEMA AUTO

Job Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

JEMA Africa Limited is seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Officer to join JEMA AUTO, one of its growing business departments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving vehicle sales, developing new business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and contributing to the growth of JEMA AUTO.

About JEMA AUTO

JEMA AUTO is the automotive department of JEMA Africa Limited, specializing in vehicle importation and sales. The department provides customers with quality vehicles sourced from international markets, backed by a commitment to reliability, affordability, and excellent customer service.

Role Overview

The Sales & Marketing Officer – JEMA AUTO will develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives, generate and convert leads, build strong customer relationships, and achieve assigned sales targets while contributing to the continued growth and market presence of JEMA AUTO.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in automobile sales, automotive marketing, or a related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Good knowledge of the automotive market and customer buying behavior.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and commercially minded.
• Valid driving licence is an added advantage.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
