Job Opportunity: Sales Executive

A fast-growing company in the building and construction sector is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join their team. The successful candidate will drive sales for PVC pipes and ceiling boards, managing client relationships and hitting territory targets.

Job Overview

• Remuneration: 500,000/- TSh Basic Salary

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, plumbers, and project sites to generate sales.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

• Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.

• Prepare daily visit reports and submit sales updates to management.

• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven sales experience, preferably in PVC pipes, plumbing materials, building materials, or construction products.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet sales targets.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
