Requirements

Applicants should:

• Hold a Diploma or higher college qualification.
• Be able to communicate effectively in English and Swahili.
• Have at least 1 year of sales experience.
• Be hardworking, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-driven and customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
