Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in lubricating oil sales or large-scale mechanical equipment sales, with excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. The candidate will be responsible for expanding the customer base, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

Sales & Promotion: Promote and sell lubricating oils and/or large-scale mechanical equipment.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers and business partners.

Market Insights: Conduct market research to identify customer needs and stay ahead of industry trends.

Deal Closure: Prepare professional quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.

Customer Support: Follow up on customer inquiries and provide exceptional after-sales support.

Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets.

Reporting: Prepare comprehensive sales reports and submit regular updates to management.

Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order delivery and maximum customer satisfaction.
Requirements & Skills

Industry Experience: Proven experience in the sales of lubricating oil, trucks, or large-scale mechanical equipment.

Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of industrial products and current market trends.

Autonomy: Ability to work independently and consistently achieve targets.

Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation and relationship management skills.

Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

Tech Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Mobility: A valid driving license is considered an added advantage.
Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in lubricating oil sales or heavy/mechanical equipment sales.

Target Market: Experience working with industrial, automotive, construction, or manufacturing clients is highly preferred.

Language: Fluent in both English and Swahili.
