JOB VACANCIES: Sales Officers & Cashier

Lesso Africa is looking to recruit dynamic and qualified individuals to fill the following positions in Dar es Salaam.

1. Sales Officers (5 Positions)

Category: Open to both Experienced and Fresh Graduates.

Age Limit: Not more than 30 years old.

Requirements for Experienced Candidates:

• Over 2 years of working experience in Sales.

• Proven experience in Project Sales and Wholesale markets.

Requirements for Fresh Graduate Candidates:

• At least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Commerce, Marketing, or Business Administration.

Salary & Benefits Package:

• Basic Salary: TZS 300,000 – TZS 700,000 (Based on experience)

• Performance Bonus: TZS 250,000 – TZS 600,000

• Commissions: Applicable for Sales Officers

• Transport Allowance: TZS 100,000 (Specifically for Project Sales Officers)

• Company Tool: Mobile phone provided (or monthly communication allowance)

2. Cashier (1 Position)

Requirements:

• Excellent computer skills (Proficiency in MS Office/Accounting software).

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience.

Salary & Benefits Package:

• Basic Salary: TZS 250,000+

• Performance Bonus: TZS 100,000
