JOB SUMMARY
Brewmaster Limited is seeking motivated, hardworking, and results-oriented Sales Officers to join its sales team.
The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting the company’s products, increasing sales, maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Sales Officers will be responsible for:
- Promoting and selling the company’s products to customers.
- Regularly visiting existing and potential customers.
- Achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Collecting market information and monitoring competitors’ activities.
- Ensuring timely collection of customer payments.
- Representing the company professionally at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must have:
- A Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a similar position.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
- High level of integrity and self-motivation.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Good driving skills, particularly for manual transmission vehicles.
- A valid Class D and E driving licence.
