• Work Environment: Office setting with options for remote work. Some field travels are required for meetings or presentations.
• Reporting Structure: Reports production manager/director or business coordinator Manager.
• Salary: Salary is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as seeds promotion productions, Farm supervisor and business considerations.

Job Summary: seeds productions, promotion and farm supervision spearhead the growth of our seed’s productions of different variety of cereals, and promoting direct-to-consumer market. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainable agriculture and a deep understanding of consumer trends/marketing strategic.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Track growth metrics, yield estimates, and germination rates using modern agricultural tools.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customer famers grower and prospective dealers
• Present product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition of agricultural technology solutions to prospective clients
• Provide technical guidance and assistance to clients regarding the integration, implementation, and usage of technology solutions to the farms
• Market research, including understanding customers and competitors in the agricultural field, to define the variety promotion, sales and marketing strategy better
• Training farm growers, labours as well as supervisor’s base as a subject matter expert
• Work closely with seeds certifications institutes, plan and drive the execution of visiting, training, and logistics
• Manage purchase basic lines, produced seeds, and inventory with registered farmers, including system operation and data management.
• Capable on preparing daily farm logistics, weekly report achieved and share to the managements for strategic decision-making.
• Identify new business opportunities and partners available in the field.
• Monitor and analyse business development plans
• Maintain proper isolation distances btn crops vareiety to prevent cross-contamination.
• Supervise and train sales staff to enhance performance and achieve business goals.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock
• Creative thinking to develop innovative productions strategies and campaigns
• Leadership skills to inspire and manage sales teams towards achieving targets

Qualifications

• Must be self-determination and contextual.
• Proven work experience Agribusiness managements, Agricultural production and Extensions, Agronomist, Agriculture science
• Experiences in Agri-entrepreneurship from 1 to 4 years with good qualities and maximum achievement at work
• Understanding and knowledge of Seeds and Agro inputs attached to sales and marketing
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of data analysis and report writing
• Proficient in relevant computer applications and software (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excell)
• Diploma, BSc and MSc in Agronomy/Agriculture/Production/Agribusiness and other relevant field.

Working Area:

• Work Location:Ruvuma-Songea/Mtwara-Tunduru, you may however be required to attend, perform work at any place of the business or as per office/company shall direct you officially.
