Job Overview
The Senior Manager, Administration & Logistics will oversee:
- Administration operations
- Logistics management
- Workplace safety and security
- Fleet and asset management
- Facilities management
- Travel coordination
- Compliance with organizational policies
The role also ensures efficient use of organizational resources while maintaining compliance with legal, ethical, and safeguarding standards.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement administration and logistics strategies
- Manage departmental budgets
- Align operational plans with organizational goals
People Management
- Supervise and develop Administration & Logistics staff
- Support recruitment and team development
- Set performance targets and mentor staff
Workplace Safety & Security
- Implement workplace safety measures
- Oversee emergency preparedness and security compliance
- Serve as Safety & Security Focal Person
- Monitor third-party service provider compliance
Facilities & Asset Management
- Manage office spaces, facilities, and maintenance
- Supervise contracts for security, utilities, and office services
- Oversee organizational assets and disposal processes
Logistics & Travel Management
- Supervise travel desk operations
- Coordinate domestic and international travel
- Manage warehouses and inventory
- Organize meetings, events, and conferences
Fleet Management
- Supervise drivers
- Manage company vehicles and motorcycles
- Ensure compliance with traffic regulations
- Develop fleet management procedures
Compliance & Safeguarding
- Ensure compliance with legal and administrative procedures
- Promote safeguarding standards and reporting procedures
- Support safe working environments for staff and stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration and Logistics Management
- Minimum 6 years of senior-level experience in:
- Administration
- Logistics management
- Experience in an international NGO is preferred

- Knowledge of property and construction markets
- Logistics systems and fleet management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
