JOB OPPORTUNITY – TRANSACTION BANKING RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

Position Summary

The role is responsible for strengthening client relationships and maximizing cross-selling revenue and client profitability within Transaction Banking services.

The successful candidate will:

  • Defend and grow the Business & Commercial Banking (BCB) deposit client base.
  • Expand transactional banking business through effective cashflow and value chain solutions.
  • Support domestic and cross-border payments, collections, and payment solutions.
  • Drive product enhancement, customer experience improvement, and revenue growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will:

  • Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for Domestic and Cross-Border Payments business.
  • Drive revenue generation initiatives and identify growth opportunities.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and customer segmentation.
  • Recommend enhancements to payment and collection product capabilities.
  • Improve end-to-end customer processes and transactional experiences.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including:
    • Business Banking
    • Commercial Banking
    • Credit
    • Risk & Compliance
    • Operations
    • IT
    • Transactional Products & Services (TPS)
  • Provide input into client data requirements, solution design, and process improvement.
  • Ensure customer-focused digital and transactional solutions are delivered effectively.

Qualifications

Educational Requirements

  • First Degree in:
    • Business Commerce
    • Or related field

Experience Required

Applicants should possess:

  • 5–7 years of experience in:
    • Relationship Banking
    • Client Coverage
    • Business & Commercial Banking

Required Knowledge & Experience

  • General banking products and processes.
  • Data mining and forecasting.
  • Customer Experience (CX) solutioning.
  • Digital design principles.
  • UI/CI and UX/CX design principles.
  • Agile and SAFe methodologies.
  • Dashboard development, data sourcing, and reporting.
