JOB VACANCY: SENIOR RETAIL OPERATIONS MANAGER

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute retail operational strategies to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Team Supervision: Lead, coach, and manage Regional Managers, Shop Managers, and retail support teams to ensure consistent performance and succession planning.
• Performance & Revenue: Monitor shop sales targets, conduct performance reviews, and implement targeted action plans for underperforming locations.
• Operational Audits & Expansion: Conduct regular site visits, manage operational audits, and coordinate the setup and opening of new retail shops.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Finance, HR, IT, and Security to support nationwide shop operations.
• Compliance & Risk Control: Ensure full compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Asset & Financial Oversight: Supervise cash handling, stock management, equipment maintenance, and asset control.
• Reporting & Analysis: Analyze operational metrics and prepare actionable reports for executive management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in retail operations management, preferably within betting/gaming, telecommunications, FMCG, banking, or retail sectors.
• Track Record: Proven experience managing multiple retail branches or a nationwide network.

• Excellent operational planning, execution, and decision-making skills.
• High commercial acumen with strong analytical and financial awareness.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and operational reporting tools.
• Ability to manage large teams across multiple locations under high-pressure conditions.
