Qualifications
Applicants should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Master’s degree or professional certification in Project Management or Operations Management is an added advantage
- Minimum 15 years of experience in operations or project management in a technical/engineering environment
- Experience managing multiple projects, site teams, and supervisors
- Strong skills in:
- Project planning
- Budgeting
- Resource management
- KPI monitoring and reporting
- Knowledge of health, safety, and quality compliance
- Strong leadership, communication, and reporting abilities
- Minimum age: 45 years

Role Summary
The Electrical Design & Production Engineer will lead the setup and operation of the LV Distribution Board Assembly Workshop, including design, production, testing, quality control, and team supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Electrical design (SLD and schematics)
- Workshop setup and production management
- Quality control and FAT testing
- Team training and supervision
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in LV panel design and assembly
- Experience with ABB and Schneider systems
- Knowledge of IEC standards
- Experience in workshop or production environments
