Work Schedule: Two-shift rotation (day and night)

Key Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Supervise operators, mechanics, and general workers during assigned shifts.
• Plan daily tasks and coordinate shift activities to support operational efficiency.
• Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) rules and procedures.
• Ensure production targets are achieved.
• Conduct shift handovers and communicate relevant operational information.
• Prepare and maintain daily production reports.

Key Requirements and Qualifications

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• A diploma in engineering, mining, or a related field is preferred.
• At least three years of experience in mining or crushing operations, including experience in a leadership role.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Basic computer skills for preparing reports and maintaining operational records.
• Ability to supervise teams and coordinate shift activities effectively.
