Jaza Energy Inc is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive Supply Chain Intern to support daily supply chain and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Warehouse Support
The intern will:
- Monitor inventory movements across warehouses and operational hubs.
- Assist with stock counts and stock reconciliation exercises.
- Verify inventory transactions and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records within company systems.
- Support inventory accuracy and control activities.
Data Management & Reporting
Responsibilities include:
- Updating supply chain trackers and operational reports.
- Validating operational data for accuracy and completeness.
- Generating routine reports related to:
- Inventory
- Procurement
- Logistics
- Supporting operational data analysis.
- Identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Procurement & Supplier Coordination
The successful candidate will:
- Assist in tracking purchase orders.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding deliveries and documentation.
- Ensure procurement records are complete and properly filed.
- Support procurement administration processes.
Logistics & Operations Support
Key duties include:
- Tracking inbound and outbound shipments.
- Coordinating deliveries between warehouses and suppliers.
- Supporting documentation for:
- Imports
- Customs clearance
- Inventory transfers
- Monitoring service levels.
- Escalating delays and operational issues when necessary.
Process Improvement
The intern will:
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Support supply chain improvement projects.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with implementation of operational enhancements.
Required Qualifications
Education
Applicants should possess a:
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Supply Chain Management
- Procurement and Logistics Management
- Logistics and Transport Management
- Business Administration (Supply Chain Option)
- Or a related field
