- Performance tracking & ROI reporting
Requirements
- 3–5+ years digital marketing/agency experience
- Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, SEO
- Canva / Adobe Creative Suite
- Degree in Marketing, ICT, Business, or Tourism
- Strong multi-industry adaptability
2. IT Manager
Focus: Group-wide IT infrastructure & digital security
Key Responsibilities
- Network, server, and hardware management (10 entities)
- Cybersecurity & data protection
- ERP systems implementation & integration
- Group-wide technical support (helpdesk)
- IT policies & digital transformation planning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in IT / Computer Science or related field
- 2–5+ years IT experience
- Multi-site infrastructure & ERP experience
- Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
- Strong leadership & project management skills

3. Logistics Manager
Focus: Transport operations & supply chain optimization
Key Responsibilities
- Fleet optimization & load planning
- Dispatch & delivery coordination

Requirements
- Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management
- Proven experience managing large vehicle fleets
4. Head of Maintenance & Workshop
Focus: Fleet maintenance & workshop operations
Key Responsibilities
- Workshop & technical team leadership
- Preventative maintenance scheduling
- Vehicle uptime & MTTR management
- Spare parts inventory & procurement
- Workshop safety & environmental compliance
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Extensive experience with heavy-duty trucks & trailers

- F&B strategic & operational leadership

- Revenue growth (events, catering, dining)
- Guest experience & quality assurance
- Menu engineering & product development
- Staff leadership & HR management
- Inventory, procurement & compliance
- Hygiene, health & safety (HACCP)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management
- 5–7 years F&B experience (3+ years managerial)
- Resort or high-volume restaurant experience preferred
- POS & inventory systems knowledge
- Food safety/HACCP certification (advantage)
