About the Consultancy
WWF is seeking a qualified consultant to develop practical and accessible training materials on Protection from Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment (PSEAH) and prepare tailored, country-specific training packages for eight priority countries.
The assignment will support WWF’s efforts to strengthen staff awareness and understanding of its:
- Code of Conduct
- PSEAH policies and procedures
- SpeakUp and reporting mechanisms
- Health, Safety and Security
- Business Continuity
- Incident Management
The training materials should translate organizational policies into practical guidance covering day-to-day decision-making, safe reporting, escalation procedures and survivor-centred handling of concerns.
Key Assignment Focus
The consultant will be expected to:
- Develop core PSEAH training materials for future staff induction.
- Develop country-specific training packages for eight priority countries.
- Build on existing WWF policies, training materials and organizational guidance.
- Incorporate recognized good practices in PSEAH training.
- Apply survivor-centred approaches.
- Address safe reporting and escalation.
- Consider contextual risks in different countries.
- Apply appropriate adult-learning principles.
