Key Responsibilities

  • Support data collection, entry, cleaning, analysis and reporting.
  • Assist health facilities and District Health Management Teams with data quality and timely reporting.
  • Participate in data verification and routine monitoring visits.
  • Support healthcare providers in using data collection and reporting tools.
  • Track and follow up confirmed breast cancer patients to support continuity of care.
  • Prepare project reports, presentations and data summaries.
  • Support digital health information systems and databases.
  • Perform other M&E duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Medical Degree (MD) or equivalent.
  • Background/experience in biostatistics, public health or monitoring and evaluation.
  • At least 1 year of experience in health program M&E.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Excel, ZanEMR, SharePoint, DHIS2 or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel to health facilities and outreach sites in Unguja and Pemba.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
