Programme Background
The Manager in Training (MIT) – Finance Programme is a structured development programme designed to accelerate the development of future Finance leaders at Kilombero Sugar Company Limited.
Participants will gain practical exposure to:

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Accounting
- Finance
- Economics
- Commerce
- Business Administration (Finance)
- Related field from a recognized institution
- CPA is an added advantage.
- Must have graduated between 2024 and 2026.
- Must have a GPA of Upper Second Class or above.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated leadership potential.
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
