We are inviting qualified and experienced candidates for the Head of Marketing (Real Estate) position to join our team.

THE ROLE

The Head of Marketing (Real Estate) will lead and execute the marketing strategy for our real estate portfolio, driving brand visibility, customer engagement and occupancy/sales growth. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, communication and industry expertise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement real estate marketing strategies.
• Lead brand positioning and campaigns.
• Manage digital, social media and traditional marketing channels.
• Build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
• Work closely with the sales, leasing and operations teams.
• Track performance and optimize marketing initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in real estate marketing or a related industry.
• Proven track record in leadership and team management.
• Strong strategic, analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the real estate market and digital marketing trends is an added advantage.
