REPORTING TO: ZONAL RELATIONSHIP OFFICER (ZRO)

Role Summary

To lead zone-level execution by driving sales growth and building a high-performing field structure for Alternative Channels products, Vodabima Group Life Cover, Rafiki Group Life, and Group Funeral Cover. The ZRE is accountable for recruiting and governing the Unit Manager layer, ensuring consistent field productivity and meeting weekly/monthly targets through disciplined execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and close sales (group on-boarding and activation).
• Service existing clients and support renewals.
• Train, recruit, and ensure productivity for your sales team in your zone.
• Ensure accurate KYC/documentation and disciplined weekly reporting to the ZRO.

Qualifications

• Diploma and/or Degree in any field.
• Minimum 1 year sales experience (Field Sales / Agency / Banking / Micro-finance is an added advantage).
• Possession of Certificate of Proficiency (COP) is an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills, integrity, and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
