Job Purpose

The Lake Zone Sales Manager will oversee the sales of agricultural inputs, including seeds, fertilizers, agrochemicals, tractors, and related products, while managing zonal operations and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve zonal sales targets.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

• Manage product distribution, availability, and operational efficiency.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with audit, financial, and regulatory requirements.

• Lead, coach, and supervise sales and operations teams.

• Prepare monthly sales and operations reports.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in agricultural inputs sales.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• High levels of integrity and professionalism.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone.
