Role Overview
The Head of Sales Operations is responsible for driving sales execution and distribution strategy, ensuring:

1. Strategy & Growth
- Execute sales and distribution strategies
- Drive revenue growth across:

2. Operational Excellence
- Optimize:

- Dealer management
- Logistics
- Service delivery
- Ensure consistency and efficiency across all sales channels
3. Market & Product Insights
- Provide insights from the field to:
- Improve product design
- Support innovation
- Strengthen competitive positioning
4. Team Leadership
- Lead and develop sales operations teams
- Drive:
- Performance management
- Capability building
- Succession planning
- Maintain strong internal communication
5. Financial Governance
- Manage:
- Budgets and forecasts
- P&L performance
- Resource allocation
- Oversee and validate commission structures
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Engineering, or related field)
- Master’s degree (MBA or similar) – added advantage
Experience
- 4–5 years in:
- Senior sales operations
- Sales management
- Distribution leadership
