The Head of Sales Operations is responsible for driving sales execution and distribution strategy, ensuring:

1. Strategy & Growth

  • Execute sales and distribution strategies
  • Drive revenue growth across:
    • Mass market segment
    • Corporate segment

2. Operational Excellence

  • Optimize:
    • Sales processes
    • Dealer management
    • Logistics
    • Service delivery
  • Ensure consistency and efficiency across all sales channels

3. Market & Product Insights

  • Provide insights from the field to:
    • Improve product design
    • Support innovation
    • Strengthen competitive positioning

4. Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop sales operations teams
  • Drive:
    • Performance management
    • Capability building
    • Succession planning
  • Maintain strong internal communication

5. Financial Governance

  • Manage:
    • Budgets and forecasts
    • P&L performance
    • Resource allocation
  • Oversee and validate commission structures

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Engineering, or related field)
  • Master’s degree (MBA or similar) – added advantage

Experience

  • 4–5 years in:
    • Senior sales operations
    • Sales management
    • Distribution leadership
