Job Title: Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all company social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, TikTok, etc.).

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content aligned with the company’s brand and marketing strategy.

Monitor social media trends and implement strategies to increase engagement and followers.

Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports on social media performance.

Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and promotions.

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness.
Graphic Design (Secondary Role)

Create basic visual content such as posts, banners, and promotional materials.

Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines.
Requirements

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing/social media management (preferably in the hospitality industry).

Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.

Basic graphic design skills (knowledge of tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar).

Good communication and content writing skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
