Main Responsibilities
Sales Growth & Performance
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Drive revenue and product volume growth
Market Expansion
- Identify and register new wholesalers and distributors
- Close distribution gaps in assigned regions
Customer & Partner Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners
- Ensure long-term customer loyalty and trust
Market Coverage & Visibility
- Ensure product availability in retail and wholesale outlets
- Improve brand visibility in assigned territory
Trade Marketing & Promotions
- Execute promotional campaigns
- Identify trade marketing opportunities
- Support product activation activities
Reporting & Administration
- Submit accurate sales and market reports
- Track competitor activity and market trends
Resource Management
- Manage company assets responsibly
- Ensure efficient use of sales resources
Qualifications
Mkuu wa Kanda (Regional Manager)
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Business Administration
- Marketing
- Related field
- 10–15 years of experience (sales/management)
Afisa Mauzo (Sales Officer)
- 3–5 years of sales experience
- Experience in beverage or FMCG sector preferred
General Requirements
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Knowledge of local market/region is an advantage
- Experience in alcoholic beverage industry preferred
- Strong results-driven mindset
